Got up one morning to discover my battery was completely flat after a cold spell. I phoned Plymouth Battery Centre and they sent someone out to me to change the battery (they said theyâd be with me within the hour and he was there within 30 mins). I found the service to be very prompt and efficient and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Phoned 9.30am ( Saturday ) and requested a new battery with fitting ,telephone service was superb.By 10.15am engineer was removing old battery and replaced with new.Fantastic service all round THANK YOU

We initially discussed this issues we had with our battery on the phone. At the Centre the battery was tested. Matt gave us the option to charge it overnight then return for a retest or we could replace it then and there. He gave us several options. The staff were polite, helpful and courteous at all times and never pushy. We decided to replace the battery as we had a long trip planned. Thank you to Matt and staff, great service!

This is the 2nd time ive used this company and they are brilliant. Really great staff who are polite and friendly and will only sell you a battery if its needed. No need to make an appointment just drive in and wait on the sofa. It took about 10 mins to fit

Today I had my 11 year old battery checked and replaced by a very knowledgeable and friendly young man. The service was excellent and so fast I was back out in 10 minutes if that! (Didnât even have time to make myself a coffee from their coffee station, which was nice to see). Excellent value and a 3 year warranty too! Canât recommend Plymouth Battery Centre highly enough. Iâm so happy. Thank you so much.

Brilliant service from the guys at Plymouth battery centre. So friendly and helpful in my time of need. ( after having a condemned battery and car that wouldnât start) even rearranged work to sort a home repair service. Such a swift and fast service and very knowledgable and honest, and a very reasonable price less than half the price quoted by another breakdown service.

I called up at opening time 08:30, spoke with a nice chap, told him I was after a new battery with delivery and fitting. No problem he said, he took the specs for the new battery/make model of car and I paid over the phone. The fitter was here by 09:50 and left by 10:00 - all fitted, tested and old battery taken away! all at a reasonable cost I may add. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing service. Drove in and was greeted by very friendly staff. They tested my car battery straight away and then ran me through the different options for a replacement. Changed the battery then and there and I drove out within half an hour. Great price too. Canât fault the service.

We are en route for an Atlantic Crossing, we had issues with our marine domestic batteries, following a tip we called Plymouth Battery Centre. Richard and the team were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer our questions, make a recommendation and deliver same day. 5-Star service all round, can't recommend highly enough. We now have four new 130Ah AGM Leisure batteries holding a charge! more ▼

Rich and the team at Plymouth Battery Centre were outstanding today when I went in for a replacement battery for my Ford Kuga. The RAC tried to charge me £156 for a new battery and Plymouth Battery Centre replaced the battery for half the cost. Top customer service! Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service - I bought my car battery and took it home to fit myself. I hadnât realised it was so complicated and awkward to fit. I called them and they told me they would fit it free of charge. I took my car and they did it there and then. Very efficient. Canât thank the team enough.

Had to call the AA as my car wouldnât start and I had a problem with my battery. The AA battery was £116 however he recommended Plymouth Battery Centre. He followed me to there, where I was met by Mark who was so friendly and helpful and was able to replace battery there and then at a cost of £70 with 3 years guarantee. Mark did a professional job and was extremely fast. Thank you helping a lady in need , I would definitely recommend Plymouth Battery Centre and again thank you Mark

Excellent. From start to finish. Never been here before and brought my car in which needed rescuing after breaking down the week before. The guys were friendly and set about diagnosing the battery issues and talked me through all the options allowing me to make an informed decision. Once I’d chosen my battery replacement they set about changing it whilst I enjoyed a cup of complimentary coffee. Was done in 20 minutes. Great honest reliable and efficient service. If you long for the days of good old fashioned customer service and excellent prices head straight to these guys. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

many thanks to Plymouth battery center for their help this morning - fitting new batteries to my mobility scooter - I got my last set from them 9 YEARS AGO !! ( yes you DID read that right ) - so excellent value and a good product - the scooter is used a lot - so i am well pleased - very helpfull staff - thanks to the young fellow who did the change over for me ............. all in all a 5 * experiance as to if they will see me again for another set ?? - well that's in the lap of the gods as I'm 62 years old now .lol - but if I do - the PBS will be getting my business - yes i could probably have gotten cheaper - but I have dealt with them since I first needed scooters back in 2004 - and prefer to use a LOCAL company - RECOMENDED !! more ▼
