Plymouth Battery Centre Delivery Information
We offer a Click & Collect service between Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm. If a product is out of stock or special order we will send your order direct from the manufacturer or offer an alternative. In most cases deliveries will be next day but cannot be guaranteed and may take longer, you will be advised of any delay. Orders must be placed before 3.00pm for a next day service. We also offer a next day delivery before 12pm and a morning delivery before 10.30am at additional cost.
We can only offer next day delivery to addresses within the Mainland Of The United Kingdom. However we are able to deliver to countries outside of the UK. Please be aware that any delivery outside of mainland UK will take extra time due to shipping methods ( i.e watercraft. air)
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We offer a Next Working Day Delivery service based on orders placed before 3.00pm Mon - Fri.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately. Any issues with the items we must be notified within 48hrs of the delivery. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
In the unlikely event that you may not require the item purchased, please return the unused item in it's original packaging and we will refund the full amount minus a restocking/delivery fee. This is to cover the carriage cost incurred or restocking of any special order items to be returned to the manufacturer.

For delivery of these items we use the Royal Mail/UK Mail and are able to deliver to all the British Isles.
